| Earlier this year the Production Editor of Arabian Wildlife, Peter Vine, joined a diving vessel in order to explore the Southern Red Sea as part of a recce for future film-making with producer Michael McKinnon and cameraman Peter Scoones. Ably guided by Alex and Tamara Double, whose knowledge of dive sites in the Red Sea is second to none, the trip turned out to be a true eye-opener, revealing the incredible richness and diversity of the southern Red Sea. During dives off Yemen, a new species of giant nudibranch was re-discovered and measurements were taken.
